1-1/4" Tube Splice Connector Kit - 4340 Weld-InBuild a bolt-apart joint into 1-1/4" x .095 wall tube – removable bumpers, bars and sections that have to come off the car. Each half slips into a tube end on a machined spigot and is welded at the shoulder. The two halves meet on a half-round flat and lock together with a single 3/8" Grade 8 bolt and locknut, recessed in counterbores so nothing sticks out past the tube OD.
Machined from 4340 steel bar and shipped raw so you can weld it and paint or powdercoat it with the rest of your part.

- 1 x 3/8"-16 x 7/8" Grade 8 hex head bolt
