1. General Terms & Disclaimer
All parts and services from Weller Racing, LLC are used at your own risk. Weller Racing makes no warranties—express or implied—and does not guarantee results.
By purchasing any product or service from Weller Racing (online or otherwise), you agree that you bear the entire risk of using these parts/services.
Weller Racing is not responsible or liable for any damage to any vehicle, engine, drivetrain, or components related to the use, installation, tuning, or operation of any product or service—whether installed by Weller Racing, the customer, or any third party.
2. Product Media, Reviews & Promotions Disclaimer
Product photos, videos, customer reviews, and promotional materials may reference discontinued products, previous pricing, legacy versions of components, or limited-time offers that are no longer available.
Only the items explicitly listed in the current product title and description are included with purchase.
Prior bundle offers, add-on pricing (including ECU flash discounts), third-party components, or past promotions are not included unless clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Weller Racing reserves the right to modify product specifications, included components, pricing, and promotions at any time without notice.
3. What’s Included / Version Changes
The current product page (title + description) controls what is included. Photos and videos may show optional items, previous versions, or example setups that are not included unless explicitly stated.
Some products may be updated over time due to availability, engineering improvements, manufacturing changes, or supplier changes. These updates may result in differences in appearance or design while maintaining intended function.
4. Warranty & Goodwill
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, Weller Racing does not provide warranties—express or implied—on products or services.
Any warranty that is explicitly stated applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, racing conditions, lack of maintenance, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Goodwill repairs, replacements, or assistance may be offered solely at Weller Racing’s discretion on a case-by-case basis and do not modify or waive these terms.
5. Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders quickly—usually within 0–1 business days. We’re a small team, so occasional delays can happen during peak times, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Monday–Thursday: Orders placed by 3:00 PM typically ship the same day.
- Friday: Orders placed by 12:00 PM usually ship before the weekend.
Orders placed after cutoff times, or during weekends/holidays, will ship the next business day when possible.
- Some items may ship directly from our suppliers. Tracking will be emailed once available.
- PO Boxes: USPS only (domestic and international where available).
- Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates and can vary based on dimensional weight and carrier adjustments.
We are closed (and not shipping) on the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- The day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Orders placed during closures will ship the next business day.
6. Wrong Address / Reroute / Undeliverable
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery delays may occur and additional carrier fees may apply.
If a shipment needs to be rerouted, intercepted, or updated after it ships, the carrier may charge additional fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs, carrier return charges, and applicable restocking fees (if any).
7. Refused Delivery / Return to Sender
If an order is refused at delivery or returned to sender after shipment, the order will be treated as a return. Refunds (if approved) will be issued minus outbound shipping charges, carrier return charges, and applicable restocking fees.
8. International Orders (Duties / Taxes / Brokerage)
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import-related charges assessed by their country or carrier. These charges are not collected by Weller Racing and are not included in shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
Customs processing times can vary and may cause delivery delays outside of our control.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately. If you need to cancel or make a change, call 480-507-4771 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed or shipped.
10. Returns, Refunds & Restocking
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- An approved RMA is required before returning any item.
- Unapproved returns may be delayed, refused, or denied.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless otherwise stated).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once received and inspected.
- Used, installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.

- Orders over $500 may require a delivery signature.
11. RMA Process
- Start a Return
Log into your account ? go to My Orders ? click Add New RMA.
Choose item(s), select a reason, and upload photos if applicable. - Approval
We’ll review your request and email return instructions once approved. - Return the Item
Follow the provided steps and include your RMA number in the package. - Processing
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit (as applicable). - Need Help?

12. Delivery, Loss, Theft & Damage
Once a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier to the address provided on the order, Weller Racing is not responsible for loss or theft. We recommend shipping to a secure address and using signature service when available.
If a package arrives damaged, notify us as soon as possible and keep all packaging so we can assist with a carrier claim when applicable.
13. California Proposition 65
WARNING: Some products sold on this website may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
14. Emissions / CARB / “Race Use Only” Notice
Some performance products sold by Weller Racing do not have a CARB EO number and may not be legal for sale or use in California or on pollution-controlled vehicles.
These products may be intended for “race use only” in closed-course/open-course competition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify legal use for the intended application and comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We can typically resolve issues quickly through our normal support and RMA process.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may delay resolution and could affect future purchasing eligibility.
