1-1/4" Tube Splice Connector Half - 4340 Weld-In (Each)

One half of our weld-in tube splice connector for 1-1/4" x .095 wall tube. The half slips into the tube end on a machined spigot and is welded at the shoulder; two halves meet on a half-round flat and bolt together with a single 3/8" bolt, recessed in counterbores so nothing sticks out past the tube OD. Use it to replace a damaged half or to build your own joint.

Machined from 4340 steel bar and shipped raw so you can weld it and paint or powdercoat it with the rest of your part.

Includes:

- 1 x 98201-125 tube splice connector half, 4340 steel, raw

- Installation instructions

Bolt, locknut, tube and weld filler are not included. For a complete pair with Grade 8 hardware, order kit 98200-125.

Details:

- Fits 1-1/4" OD x .095 wall tube (spigot Ø1.045 x 1.000 long)

- Ø1.250 body matches the tube OD; 25/64 bolt hole with Ø.800 counterbore for 3/8" hardware and a 9/16" socket
