Does this gear set work on a 2019 SS SE model and what else is needed, gaskets, seals etc?

A:
This will work for the 2019 Models however you will need to also use the Gear Shift Control module and for the gaskets the Transmission Gasket Kit will cover everything needed.

A:
This will depend on the typical driving it is used for. The 15% kit is still very useful even for the 2019 models depending on the typical speeds the machines are driven.

Cost for the gear kit install is $600. If you are planning to bring the car in for service there will be additional charges but please call us for an appointment and we can go over a final quote at that time.

Gear kit installations are $600 once we have the transmission on the bench for install.

If you purchase and install together you will have roughly a 40% reduction in the 1st gear on 2016-2018 Models.
