Q: Will this kit work on a 2005 660? what about a 2008 660?
A: This kit will work on the 2004-2007 Rhino 660 models. In 2008 the engine was changed to a 700 fuel injected which it will not work for.
Q: I have a 2006 660 rhino that vapor locks in warm temp riding conditions will this hv fuel pump cure this.?

Q: Is there a part number for the fuel filter that comes with this kit? If I have the fuel kit installed, is it imperative that I use this fuel filter or can I use a stock fuel filter?
A: Yes the fuel filter part number can be found on the website under the part number : 8478-00-9909
Q: Does this new pump do away with the secondary tank which is by the stock vacuum pump?
A: This kit will only replace the stock fuel pump, filter and fuel lines. It does not eliminate anything beyond these items.

Q: I have a 660 rhino with an aftermarket Eddlebrock carb and an electric fuel pump. I’ve already gone through 3 of these electric pumps, they chatter and stop delivering fuel. Will the weller mechanical pump suit my needs?
A: This fuel pump kit has been the answer to all of our fuel problems with the Rhino 450/660 models.

Q: I am buying a 2006 rhino 660 and would like to put this kit in it as the owner stated the fuel pump needs replaced. I am not sure if i need to get a new fuel pump and this kit or just the kit. Is there anything I need to know about these or anything additional I should order?

Q: I bought this kit and noticed that unless I grind the mounting bracket on the side it does not sit straight up and down. Is this normal? Also are you supposed to have a mounting screw on the bottom? I assume if so you would have to drill into the metal mounting bracket? Wish instructions were a little clearer. Thanks for the help
