Weller Racing has developed our all new WR Edition full exhaust system for the YXZ1000R!

Direct bolt-on replacement exhaust system with massive 18-20 HP gains at the wheels!
High flow replacement header (three into one design)
Dual mufflers
USFS approved spark arrestors
304 stainless steel mandrel bent tubing
Powdercoated mufflers
V-band clamp for easy install
O2 sensor fitting for optional sensor
Slip fit connections with springs for vibration dampening / long life

- With our in house ECU programming we modify the following:

RPM Limiter
Speed Limiter
Improved Fuel Mapping
Improved Ignition Mapping
Improved Throttle Response
Air Injection System Improvements
Cooling Fan Activation Lowered
Usually same day service

YXZ Exhaust + Tune

I bought the Exhaust complete kit and the fit and finish is superb and the ECU was less than a week from when I shipped it until I got it back. The exhaust note sounds great at idle and I can't wait to get it out on the trail. Weller is the place for all things YXZ!

Got Some Pep!

Easy install and process to get the tune! I pondered this purchase for about a year and wish I would not have waited. It woke this YXZ up! 300 miles into the new pipe/tune and no side effects or anything negative at all. The folks at WR were great to work with and I will buy from them again.

Full exhaust and tune
