Great sound!

This exhaust tip looks and sound beautiful. It makes the tone deeper, not louder. When cruising, it gets rid of the "tinny" sound created by the stock tip. A few install notes: 1. You will need a 5mm allen wrench or socket to install the new bolts. The instructions say 5/32", but it's actually 5mm. The stock bolts need an 8mm 6 point socket and are easily removed with a 1/4" ratchet. 2. When removing the bolts, break them loose, spray some penetrant on the threads then work them back and forth slowly, individually, until they come out. 3. Use a GOOD antisieze on the new bolt threads, preferably a high temp copper. 4. Enjoy the sound! I installed this tip along with the weller block off plate and 91-93 octane tip tune.

Just what I was looking for!

First off Weller racing has awesome customer service. This exhaust tip is exactly what I was looking for, the make and quality of this exhaust tip is top notch. Second, it gives it a nice deep tone without being too much. Didn’t make it much louder which I like. I paired this with the tuner and couldn’t be happier.

exhaust

I don't do reviews much, but I can say this tip is better than stock. it sounds better than the stock tip and combined with the Weller tuner, my RMAX 2 is running like a scalded dog! lol no regrets with anything i've got from Weller Racing.

WR exhaust tip

Very nice, high quality piece! You can tell this is made by people that play in the sport its not some mass produced piece of tin. Sounds nice and deep and seems to have taken away that strange high pitch tinny sound.

Less restrictive than factory tip. Works great with there clutch combos and ecu reflash. Sounds awsome!
