ABOUT WELLER RACING

Weller Racing, LLC is a performance engineering, manufacturing, and racing company built on real-world off-road experience, technical expertise, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Officially established in 2006 and headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, Weller Racing designs, manufactures, and supports high-performance components for the UTV and off-road industry, serving customers, race teams, and dealers worldwide.

While the business was formally established in 2006, the foundation of Weller Racing was built years earlier.

THE GARAGE YEARS (2003–2006)

The roots of Weller Racing trace back to 2003, when founder Jason Weller began selling ATV parts, building engines, and supporting fellow riders out of his garage. During this time, wellerracing.com launched in 2003, serving as an early platform for parts sales and technical support long before the business became a formal operation.

These early years were hands-on and experience-driven—focused on learning what worked, what failed, and what truly mattered when machines were pushed hard. The garage years laid the groundwork for Weller Racing’s philosophy: reliability, performance, and accountability over hype.

ESTABLISHED IN 2006

In 2006, at just 25 years old, Jason Weller moved Weller Racing into its first commercial shop, officially establishing Weller Racing, LLC. This transition marked the shift from a garage-based operation to a full-time, professional business.

The move into a legitimate shop allowed Weller Racing to invest in proper equipment, tooling, and processes while maintaining direct control over quality and results. This milestone represents the true beginning of Weller Racing as it exists today—and is why 2006 remains the company’s official founding year.

A FAMILY-BUILT FOUNDATION

Weller Racing has always been a family-built company. Jason married Corry Weller in 2005, and from the earliest days, Corry played an active role in the business. Whether supporting day-to-day operations, assisting customers, or answering technical questions, Corry became—and remains—a vital part of Weller Racing.

To this day, customers calling Weller Racing may still find Corry on the phone, providing the same knowledgeable, personal support that has defined the company since its earliest days.

As the business grew, Jason’s twin brother, Jeff Weller, joined the operation and took on one of the most critical responsibilities: building race engines. Jeff remained with Weller Racing through 2012, contributing significantly during a key period of growth before stepping away from the business.

CONTINUED GROWTH AND LEADERSHIP

In 2013, Weller Racing entered its next phase of growth with the addition of Kyle, who quickly became an integral part of the company’s success. Jason and Kyle originally met while working at a Chevrolet dealership, where a shared work ethic, technical aptitude, and attention to detail formed a strong professional foundation.

Through dedication and technical expertise, Kyle grew into a leadership role. Today, he oversees all tuning operations, plays a major role in Yamaha Racing efforts, and manages critical aspects of day-to-day operations. His leadership helps ensure consistency across engineering, tuning, racing, and customer support.

RACING AT THE CORE

Racing has always been central to Weller Racing’s identity. With a background in quad racing, Jason Weller remained closely connected to competition while supporting customers and teams. In 2008, Corry Weller began piloting Weller Racing’s CORR Pro/Mod Yamaha Rhino, giving the company a strong and consistent presence in professional UTV racing.

From short course tracks to desert races, competition serves as the ultimate proving ground. Racing is not used for marketing—it is used for validation. The harshest conditions expose weaknesses quickly, and those lessons directly shape product development and refinement.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROGRAM

Weller Racing’s success on and off the track would not be possible without the dedicated group of people who support the race program. From short course to desert racing, a large group of crew members, friends, and supporters contribute their time, effort, and expertise to keep cars on track and moving forward.

These individuals are not employees or sponsors—they are part of the Weller Racing family. Their commitment, long hours, and willingness to help wherever needed play a major role in the company’s continued success, and their contributions are deeply appreciated.

OUR CUSTOMERS ARE PART OF THE STORY

Weller Racing is especially grateful for its customers. Over the years, the company has been supported by a community of racers, builders, dealers, and enthusiasts who genuinely want to see Weller Racing succeed.

That support goes beyond purchases. It comes in the form of trust, feedback, referrals, and long-term relationships. Many customers have been with Weller Racing for years, and their belief in the brand has helped drive growth, innovation, and constant improvement.

Weller Racing does not take that support lightly.

EVOLVING INTO ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING

While Weller Racing began with engine building and tuning, the company has evolved into a full-scale engineering, manufacturing, and racing operation. Current capabilities include:

  • In-house CAD and CAM design

  • CNC machining using professional-grade Haas equipment

  • Precision manufacturing across aluminum, stainless steel, and steel components

  • Structured production workflows with staged assemblies

  • Continuous development driven by racing, testing, and customer feedback

Weller Racing supports platforms including Yamaha, Can-Am, Polaris, SR1, and Kawasaki, with products designed for durability, performance, and long-term reliability.

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE, NOT HYPE

Weller Racing maintains control of the process from concept to final product. Design decisions are guided by real-world use, data, and decades of hands-on experience—not trends or shortcuts.

Every component is built with the understanding that it may be raced, abused, and relied upon when failure is not an option.

BUILT TO PERFORM. BUILT TO LAST.

From garage beginnings between 2003 and 2006 to a respected engineering, manufacturing, and racing operation today, Weller Racing continues to focus on what matters most: building parts that work, standing behind every product, and growing alongside the people who make it all possible.
