This kit has our new outboard type 2 hubs that will allow up to 15" of rear travel. This is a kit for the full racer or just a duner that wants to widen their seats for a R1 engine.

This is the mounting kit that will allow you to mount your engine and drive carrier. The rear plate kit comes welded and the front comes un-welded. It also comes with a shifter mount plate for the racers.

This is the front cross tubing you will need to weld between the frame rails and bolt the engine mounting kit to. 2"x2"x23" .120"

CARRIER, INNER HUBS

This is the rear carrier that will get sandwiched in the rear engine mount. It comes with 4 bearings installed, seals, inner tube, and grease zerk.

This is a replacement bearing and seal kit that you will only need if you are rebuilding your carrier.

This is the pinch bolt kit for the rear carrier.

This is the drive hub kit that you will need for your conversion. The left hub is the large hub that the sprocket bolts to. The right hub is the smaller one. The washer and bolt sandwich them together.

BRAKE PARTS (OPTIONAL)

This is the rotor hub that goes between the right drive hub and the rotor.

These are the rotor hub mounting bolts. They bolt the rotor hub to the right drive hub.

This rotor is an option on the SR1 kits. If you want to use the inboard brakes you will need part numbers: SR1-11, SR1-12, SR1-26, SR1-27,

Use your stock rear caliper. Weld on the provided stub, and clip the plate to the carrier.

This kit is for the ones that are going to use the inboard brake kit. This hardware holds the rotor to the brake hub.

CV JOINTS, BOOTS

These are the bolts that go through the torque dist. washers, the boot flange, and the cv joint. They will thread into the drive hubs.

These are for the cv bolts to go through.

AXLES

STUB SHAFTS, HUBS

This is a inexpensive outboard hub kit that has dual roller bearings, type 2 cv joints, boots, and outer SR1 hub

Replace your outer cv joint with these cnc machined chromoly stub shafts. CV joint will bolt to the back side of it. Specifically made for the rhino (all years)

These are made to replace your front stock cv joints. Pull out your complete front axles and install these chromoly zinc coated stubs. Re use your stock axle nuts with red loc-tite.

These are made specifically for our SR1 cv hubs to clear any a arm. They are made from laser cut steel plate, cnc machined collars, and fully tig welded. These hubs will bring out your wheels 2" on each side due to the offset, but will allow your rear travel to increase. You will need to diss-assemble your old hubs and transfer the hardware to these hubs. These offset rear hubs come powder coated wrinkle black.

Use your old ones, or buy some new ones.

SPROCKETS

This is the rear sprocket that bolts to the left drive hub.

This is the bolt and washer kit that holds the sprocket to the left drive hub.

CHAIN

530 drive chain 88 links long. Comes with rivet master link. You can install the link and peen it over with a hammer to hold the back and a ball peen hammer to mushroom the rivet.

GAUGE PARTS

If you want to mount the 07-08 R1 gauge in your rhino this is the solution for you. Just pull out your factory gauge, mount the R1 gauge to this plate and rivet it in. This gauge plate comes powder coated black.

EXHAUST PARTS

This is a custom race header that will bolt onto your SR1 kit. You will need to make a slip-on exhaust to finish your exhaust system. The outlet size it 2.5".

These are made for the ones that want to make your own headers. These get welded on a 1.5" tubing and get sandwiched to the head of the engine. This kit comes with 4 sleeves.

These are made for the ones that want to make your own custom headers. They will fit any year R1 engine. This kit comes with 4 flanges.

Exhaust collector for making your own header. 1.5" tubing into 2.5" collector)

CLUTCH PARTS

This is for those of you that want to convert to a hydraulic clutch. This kit will include the slave cylinder, a 12" steel braided line, and 2 fittings. You will need to run a hard 3-16" line with male fittings on both sides. To adapt to the engine drill the rivet out of the pivot clutch arm and insert a bolt. This can be mounted to the rear engine plate kit, after drilling a hole.

Master cylinder kit for the above salve cylinder. You will need to run the hard line from this to the slave cylinder hose.

This finishes off your clutch system. Full pedal kit can be mounted through a fire wall or by 2 holes on top. Very light weight!!!

SHIFTER PARTS

If you are going to use your stock shifter you will need to remove the stock notch plate and install one of these so that you can shift forward and backwards.
